1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Spicebridge website or mobile application (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Our Service

Spicebridge is an online food ordering and delivery platform owned and operated by Spice Bridge, based in Kazakootam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. It connects customers with partner restaurants in Trivandrum, Kerala. Food is prepared by our partner restaurants and delivered by Spicebridge delivery partners.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate name, phone number, email and delivery address details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery fees, packaging charges and platform fees, if any, are shown before you place the order.
• Prices and availability of menu items are set by partner restaurants and may change without notice.
• An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation in the app.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or wallets. Spicebridge does not store your card details. Cash on delivery may be offered at our discretion.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Delivery

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, place fraudulent orders, abuse delivery partners or restaurant staff, or attempt to interfere with the Platform's security or operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Food quality, preparation and ingredients are the responsibility of the partner restaurant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spicebridge' liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
