1. Overview

Spicebridge delivers freshly prepared food from partner restaurants directly to your doorstep. We do not ship physical goods by courier; all orders are delivered locally by Spicebridge delivery partners.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala. Whether an address is serviceable is shown in the app when you enter your delivery location.

3. Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 30–45 minutes of confirmation. The estimated delivery time is shown in the app before you place the order and may vary due to restaurant preparation time, distance, traffic or weather.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees depend on distance and order value and are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) at checkout before payment. Some orders may qualify for free delivery during promotions.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order in real time in the Spicebridge app, and you will receive notifications when your order is confirmed, out for delivery and delivered.

6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If our delivery partner cannot reach you at the delivery address or phone number provided, the order may be marked as delivered and will not be eligible for a refund. If an order is significantly delayed or not delivered due to our fault, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
